I got into photography in 1984 completely by accident. I worked for a portrait photographer in Hollis, and also a wedding photographer in Manchester, so I learned a lot from each of them. After years of photo school and numerous classes I decided to open my own studio. I joined local professional photo associations and I also entered my work into numerous photo competitions, and did well so I just kept on going, I never stopped. My people work continued for decades, and after 35 years I decided to retire from portraits and weddings. So I am now shooting stock imagery and love it. I sell and lease my own imagery thru my home office, and I have Alamy Stock and also Adobe Stock Agencies that help manage my imagery around the world.
